Winter in town

It's snowing like hell, not that I hate snow, but I don't really appreciate it when it's in town. Snow should stay in mountain. This morning I went to see a presentation of an art school which was very interesting and motivated me about my futur choice for university.

I was wearing on the picture my fur coat, a grey blazer, a purple scarf from the lanvin x h&m collection which was given as a gift, converse shoes, black trousers, a white top with pink jacket and my chanel bag. I wasn't in the mood to dress-up as I usually do (because of the weather).

     

Balmain collection. "Rock" style. Mini-shorts. High heel boots. I guess it's my favorite collection s/s 2011. I love the red leather jacket and the black leather mini-short! That's it for today! The pictures from my london trip should be coming soon.

I want Lanvin not flowers

I WOKE UP SO EARLY to get the items I wanted from the LanvinxH&M! You had 15 minutes to do your shopping and a saleswoman per person. It was much better organised than the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection. 

Lanvin - h&m

Most of the fashion bloggers have been posting about Lanvin for H&M for quite a while now. I'm not going to repeat what we've all been thinking about this awesome collection. So here's the promotion video. What I like about this video? It says this collection is for "all type of girl": skinny ones, round ones, youngsters or even seniors.

Lacroix & Saillard

HEAD (Haute Ecole d'Art et de Design)  organised a conference with Christian Lacroix, well-known for his Haute Couture collections, and Olivier Saillard, the director of the Galliera Museum.

Monsieur Lacroix explained us that before doing fashion clothing, he was specialised in theater clothing, so he was doing costumes. He never really thought of doing fashion in his studies, it's later on that in an unexcepted way he ended up doing fashion. I'm not going to tell you everthing he told us cause it would take hours to write about it. Olivier Saillard, talked about fashion in the 20th century. Here are some sentences Christian Lacroix told us:

"La mode, c'est comme un théâtre."  -Christian Lacroix, le 10 novembre 2010. 

"La couture et Paris sont des fantasmes" -Christian Lacroix, le 10 novembre 2010. 

My favorite part was the end. Because while most people were leaving the room, I really wanted to have a talk with both Christian Lacroix and Olivier Saillard. And guess what I was lucky enough to have a flash interview with Monsieur Saillard. I also took pictures with both of them. The event was so exciting!

I wanted to try a new way to do a braid. How do you like it? You might notice that for my first article I've posted a picture of this afternoon already. I had such a great time with Sabrina, we went in the neighboorhood and took pictures in the parc.
