I have not been posting lately as I am right in the middle of preparing for my university mid-year exams. This is also a quiet time in the fashion calendar. Nonetheless, I want to stay in touch by relating an event I attended about 3 weeks ago. I was invited to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Karen Millen's launch in Geneva. Karen Millen has always been at the top of list for evening gowns that also wear well for day occasions. There I saw so many beautiful works including embroidered dresses and a bustier black maxi gown with rhinestone sewn all over. The creative director, Gemma Metheringham, told me about how their collections are designed in-house and the strict control they exercise over their quality pieces. Their cuts and detailing are definitely top-notch! It was indeed inspiring to meet and talk with her. I let you enjoy a few pictures I took during the event.
Looking ahead, I can hardly wait for my short trip in early February after the exams to Singapore. I look forward to sharing with you pictures and observations of the street fashion scene over there. In the meanwhile, I wish all of you a Happy and "Fashion-full" New Year!

Deep black is probably the color components in fashionable Karen millen sale dresses which have the potential to produce an illusion. The style and cut of the clothing can also adjust your appearance.
