Wearing: Zara/Knit, H&M/Pants, Jeffrey Campbell/Heels, McQueen/Bracelet, Lanvin for H&M/Earrings

THERE WE GO new post with another ouftit. Actually this knit is totally for spring but I was so impatient to wear it, that I wore it... It is a pretty casual outfit and my JC made attempts to kill me because it was so slippery with the snow on the road. Yes, it was snowing and no I was not cold while taking the pictures, I am crazy I know. Anyways, I was very stupid to wear them by this weather. I guess I tried to do a sort of 'Arm party'? I don't know if you like the mix. And they're those akwkard pictures where there is a snowflake just in the middle, GO AWAY. Wrong place, wrong time, didn't you get it? Hu-hue, but I liked them so.. How do you like my outfit?

Wearing: H&M/Knit & pant, Grey Fur, Sandro/Mantle, Forever21/Ring & Bracelet, Swarovski/Earrings, Vintage/Clutch, Zara/Boots, Sephora/Eyeshadow, MAC/Lipstick

HERE ARE THE PICTURES of my outfit when I had a coffee with Anastasia, a blogger friend from the same city, Lausanne. I had such a great time with her. As we talked about all topics (the major topic: Fashion) I realised how nice it was to talk to someone that has the same interest and a good sense of fashion. I really enjoyed our afternoon, she's such a cute girl! About my outfit, it's pretty much a casual outfit but with this cold -8 °C, I just want to layer as much as I can so I won't be cold. I love my knit that I bought in Paris, the shoes (spoiled but perfect to walk with them all day) and the simple pant. In Paris I also bought some really cool make-up stuff, and will post about it soon. The pictures were taken by Anastasia and she used her camera (Canon EOS 450D) except for some that were taken with mine (Nikon D7000). How do you like my outfit?

AlexanderWang_SS2012

I AM AGAIN GOING CRAZY over Wang. I mean these shoes are totally my style. The white one are just  killing me, and I'd kill to have them. I don't know how, but I need to get one of those otherwise spring is going to be boring. Hu-hue, big crisis here. Anyways, I also like a lot the T by Alexander Wang collection too. Which one do you like the best or should I get? Since I went to Paris for a week, I did shopping (not that much though) and a few pictures that I'm maybe going to post. I'm not sure yet cause they weren't that good.

I THOUGHT OF DOING only one post for the blogger meeting we had with the french part of switzerland, but have decided to do one only for the food. We had a brunch in a café/restaurant called Chez La Voisine. I ordered the English brunch that was huge, but I still managed to finish. We had tea and orange juice served with the meal and as a starter, we all had toast and croissant. Doesn't it look yummy? I can tell you it was, definitely!

THIS DAY I spent most of my time in Geneva for a blogger meeting between the people from the french part of switzerland (for those who don't know, switzerland has three different part, the french, the german and the italian). We had a brunch in a small café/restaurant, a very good one. I will be updating the pictures as soon as I've finished editing them! Anyways, this was actually my outfit for this meeting. I love my floral blazer I got on sale from H&M for only 20 bucks and my Nowhere shoes! I have borrowed the bag from my mum, thank you. My lipstick which gives out pretty well on the first picture is from Dior, a present from my aunt. And I think that's it, how do you like the mix and match?

Drawings

HERE ARE TWO of the drawings I did recently. Recently I have tried to change my style of drawing sketches. How do you like my art? If I can call it like that. During Christmas my cousins kept telling the whole night that I should post more of them, so here they are. Hope you like them!

Interview of Designer Rick Lee

LAST SUMMER I went to a Fashion Show in Zurich and this is when I fell in love with the clothes of designer Rick Lee. I had the occasion to see his work made of pure quality and the accessories are crazy as well. Since then I have kept in touch with him, and had this idea of short interview for a while now, and so here it is! I hope you'll like his work as I do. He has also a website if you want to see more of his F/W 2011 collection. Enjoy X.

Tell us a bit about you?
I'm a Korean fashion designer based in Milan. I graduated from MA Fashion Design at ‘DOMUS ACADEMY’ in Milan. After the master course, I've worked for Pirelli P zero , Daniese and Valextra, and in 2011 I've launched my own brand in Italy and Switzerland.

Where does your love for Fashion come from?
My passion always follows fashion. For me fashion means how to cope with the space between nature and human body. One of my favorite part of fashion is dealing with beauty and aesthetic thing.

How long have you been a designer? Was it your dream career?
Before my experience in Italy, I used to work as a product designer and interior designer in Korea and Australia for over 6 years. It's been just over 2 years that I have been doing fashion design. No actually, my dream career was artist or architect, but I suddenly found out that fashion design is the best way to convey my philosophy.

I saw your collection and I totally love it! We can notice that you go for a very geometrical and edgy look, as for the color they are very neutral, in the cold tones. What have inspired you for this collection?
The key motive of my collection is to express the human body from my point of view as a fashion designer. The collection is inspired by technology and science which I have applied it to fashion. I have explored the use of 3D laser body scanning and 3D modeling progamme to transfer the data into knitted fabrics. So, the geometric pattern is not just pattern but it's my own interpretation of human body. I combine this idea with the bicylist look. the image of women who rides bicycle.

The Rick Lee woman, how would you describe her?
Always self-confident and sure what she does, savvy, elegant but not too feminine, sexy but a strong woman.

Are you preparing another collection?
Yes, I'm working on the next S/S collection which is very ecological green fashion with contemporary mood. I'm so interested in eco-conscious and ethical fashion.

What are you excepting in the future for your brand and yourself?
I'm going to keep doing things the way I do, of course there is some commercial issues but I believe recognizing my world and quality of design is very important. I would also like to carry out some interesting collaboration projects with other artists.

A word for the blog?
I really appreciate your support and interest. I'll not let you down so stay in touch with me. Thank you.
