Mary Katrantzou FW2012-13

AS FASHION WEEKS has been driving me crazy because I couldn't even see them live even once, I still followed all of them thru my computer. I was expecting to see Alexander Wang, Proenza Schouler, Mary Katrantzou and many others. My major crush was Mary Katrantzou of all and then Proenza Schouler which did a major turn with its Fall/Winter 2012-13 collections, a breath of fresh air. Anyways, to continue with Kantrantzou, the study of different patterns, colors and shape, everything I love is reunited. I picked a few different outfit which are my favorite. She doesn't forget to bring out feminity in her dresses. What do you think of her work?

THE LIGHTING WAS horrible, it was way too bright but we still managed to snap good picture with Anastasia. I spotted the Zara dress on Soraya Bakthiar and then in the store and I totally fell in love with it. Ok you can see on my pictures that lots of items comes more than once because they are totally my favorites: my 3.1 Phillip Lim bag, Steve Madden shoes, Sandro blazer, etc. The sunglasses borrowed from her was also a big crush of mine (yes they are sunglasses!). Anyways, this is an outfit I appriciated very much, what about you?

THE PICTURES TURNED OUT pretty much weirdly. I mean if you observe sometimes I look really small and big size and others I look tall and normal. Actually I'm just inbetween, funny right? Ok this pants are totally not my usual style but  I wanted a change and found them in Zara for such a good price I couldn't resist. When I wear my mitt I always think of Karl Lagerfeld, don't ask why cause I don't even now. I'm wearing my MAC lipstick that I love with this weather. How do you like this outfit?

Wearing: Grey Fur Vest, H&M/Perfecto, Zara/Shirt, Ray Ban/Glasses

OK GIRLS LET'S try and not lie, do we really wear everyday heels? I probably suppose that we do not, and on those pictures I was actually wearing really casual converse shoes in grey color. They are my everyday sneakers, spoilt because I wear them for any occasions. Since I'm on holiday I don't bother and wear mostly casual clothes, comfy as much as I can. We went to Nespresso Lausanne with my friend Francesca (who took the pictures of me) and she ordered a Cappucino and me a Liégois which is an Espresso shot poured on a Vanilla  ice cream ball. You might have noticed that there is actually a kitty drawn in my friend's cappucino, isn't it crazy cute!? And actually if you love espresso as I do, want something sweet but not a dessert, the Liégois is the perfecto combo you can have. It is really easy to make it for yourself at home as a dessert.

PS: If you do have not noticed, my friend has the best Iphone case you can have!

THERE WE GO new post with another ouftit. Actually this knit is totally for spring but I was so impatient to wear it, that I wore it... It is a pretty casual outfit and my JC made attempts to kill me because it was so slippery with the snow on the road. Yes, it was snowing and no I was not cold while taking the pictures, I am crazy I know. Anyways, I was very stupid to wear them by this weather. I guess I tried to do a sort of 'Arm party'? I don't know if you like the mix. And they're those akwkard pictures where there is a snowflake just in the middle, GO AWAY. Wrong place, wrong time, didn't you get it? Hu-hue, but I liked them so.. How do you like my outfit?

HERE ARE THE PICTURES of my outfit when I had a coffee with Anastasia, a blogger friend from the same city, Lausanne. I had such a great time with her. As we talked about all topics (the major topic: Fashion) I realised how nice it was to talk to someone that has the same interest and a good sense of fashion. I really enjoyed our afternoon, she's such a cute girl! About my outfit, it's pretty much a casual outfit but with this cold -8 °C, I just want to layer as much as I can so I won't be cold. I love my knit that I bought in Paris, the shoes (spoiled but perfect to walk with them all day) and the simple pant. In Paris I also bought some really cool make-up stuff, and will post about it soon. The pictures were taken by Anastasia and she used her camera (Canon EOS 450D) except for some that were taken with mine (Nikon D7000). How do you like my outfit?

I AM AGAIN GOING CRAZY over Wang. I mean these shoes are totally my style. The white one are just  killing me, and I'd kill to have them. I don't know how, but I need to get one of those otherwise spring is going to be boring. Hu-hue, big crisis here. Anyways, I also like a lot the T by Alexander Wang collection too. Which one do you like the best or should I get? Since I went to Paris for a week, I did shopping (not that much though) and a few pictures that I'm maybe going to post. I'm not sure yet cause they weren't that good.

I THOUGHT OF DOING only one post for the blogger meeting we had with the french part of switzerland, but have decided to do one only for the food. We had a brunch in a café/restaurant called Chez La Voisine. I ordered the English brunch that was huge, but I still managed to finish. We had tea and orange juice served with the meal and as a starter, we all had toast and croissant. Doesn't it look yummy? I can tell you it was, definitely!
